Creating a budget
Monthly and yearly budgets, rollover, and budget alerts.
Go to Budget and add an amount for each category you want to watch.
Rollover
Turn on rollover for a category and unspent money carries into next month, while overspending reduces it.
Budget month
Paid mid-month? Set Budget month starts on day in Settings → Preferences so your budget lines up with your paycheck.
Alerts
FinTrack can warn you when a category reaches a set share of its limit (80% by default) and when it goes over. Adjust this in Settings → Notifications.
